Who will be cleaning my home?A regularly assigned team of trained English Maids will clean your home. All workers are insured and bonded. Our Cleaning Professionals will not eat, drink, smoke or use any appliances while inside your home.

What time will English Maids be at my home?Our normal work hours are Monday through Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm for your convenience. While in most cases it is not possible to give a specific time when we will arrive, we will make every effort to meet your needs usually within one hour.

What do I have to do before English Maids arrive?If possible we ask that you pick up clothing, toys or other household items so the time we spend in your home can be as efficient as possible.

What if something is damaged during the cleaning?We treat your home like we treat our own with complete care and respect. However, should English Maids be found responsible for damage or breakage that occurs while we are cleaning, English Maids will make every effort to repair or if necessary replace the item.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?English Maids bring all the usual cleaning supplies necessary for cleaning. The only thing we ask, is that we use your vacuum cleaner in order to prevent environmental transfers.

Do I need to be home when English Maids come?The choice is yours, if you choose not to be home only the professionals who will be cleaning your home will have access to your home. One of our representatives will be happy to discuss these options with you.

Where do the maids park?The maids park in front of your house or apartment. If there is no free parking additional charges may apply.

How is price determined?Our prices are based on a generally maintained home. If your home has not been cleaned weekly, we may need more time.

Are you fully bonded and insured?We are fully bonded and insured and are more than happy to send certificate of insurance at your request.

Do the same people come every cleaning visit?We make every effort possible to make sure that the same person is always going to the same home. We want our maids to build a reletionship with our client. Building this relationship results in trust and satisfaction. However, there are times when some cirumstance that are beyound our control happen and you may not have the same person, if this happens please rest assure that the maid coming into your home is capable as any worker that we have.

Will you perform additional cleaning task above and beyond the normal tasks?Yes, we do provide cleaning services that are above and beyond are normal cleaning. However, in order for us to make time to fit those into our schedules we need at least one week's notice prior to the date of your cleaning. This notice will allow us the time we need to fit this into our schedule. Some of the additional tasks may also require additional fees.

Does someone have to be present during the cleaning?The short answer is no. The only thing you need to do is allow us to gain access to your home or business. If you feel comforable you can give us a key which makes things much easier for our staff. Many of our clients are not home and enjoy returning to a freshly cleaned house after a long day. (We do suggest if possible on the first visit you be home so that you can show the worker any special needs you may have).

Do you have a cancellation policy?Yes, In order for us to have the proper time to find replacement work for our maids we require 48 hours notice. Failure to cancel your scheduled visit will result in a $25 service charge.
